Firstly you will need PSP 7 AND EYECANDY 4 you can download these as trial versions And to do my tut you will need to download PORTHOLE.zip click here to down load it ...this has every thing you need to do this tut Choose which graphic you want to play with I have added 2 in the porthole.zip


ok now make a copy of the pic of your choice ,this way you still have your original .


using the selection tool make a circle in a section you like on the pic


invert selection


promote to layer


ok now using the sissors cut while the selection is inverted


ok now move your image to the center


ok now open eye candys bevel boss


use the preset nice one


click ok then with the magic wand in the transparent part of the image


then go to selections as you did above and invert so that the marching ants are only about the circle image



go to modify and contract by 3


then go to eye candy again and to corona


you chose the colour of and the setting you want this part is up to you


add a new layer


a layer window will pop up click ok


now we need to drag the layer 2 under the layer1


now flood fill layer2 with a colour of your choice i choose #151E32


this is what you end up with merge all and flatten save as gif or jpg
